Problem with Coupon System

Yesterday, a technician was called in to fix a problem with the coupon system and he needed a key to get into that particular area. I went into the office to find the key. I had trouble finding it so I got the employee directory and called one the office employees to help me. The office employee explained over the phone where I could find the key and I eventually found it and got the door open for the technician so he could fix the problem.
