Gravekeepers post including the "Honesty" caller reminded me of the call I had recently. The description i was given by the user was the most honest, yet useless description ever.
"My program isnt working because I've done something".
Yes. Yes I can agree to the fact YOU did something to cause this, now... we just need to figure out what "this" is.
