This must be a pain shared by all contact centre reps.
User - I'm trying to add a printer but it keeps saying I don't have permission.
Me - "Are you trying to install a local printer or a network one?"
User - I'm trying to add a printer but it keeps saying I don't have permission. (Yes they pretty much parroted the first line)
Me - "Ok, but is this a network printer, or one plugging directly into your PC?"
User - Yes.
Me - *thoughts* die die dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
And while your at it, dear users, please, learn the difference between shutdown and log off!
Me - "Ok, so if I could get you to log off please."
User - Log off shut down or reset?
Me - *thoughts* Ok. Only one of those options sounds similar to what I said.....because it is what I said.
