When I was at work the other day, my RSD calls me. What she had to say was more than shocking to me. I've had so many issues with customers, I figured that she had gotten complaints. But she told me she had the customer service monthly newletter in front of her. Apparently, a customer called in and said that I was a good worker! :eek: OMG recognition!!!!!!!!!! He went on to say that I took my time with him, was very knowledgable, and that I made him feel like I was a friend instead of a customer. My RSD was telling me that she was proud of me and that she is going to look into finding a way to reward me.
