BlaqueKatt-Saw all three(the first trilogy) in the theatre the first time around(even though I was a baby for the first one!), and all three of the new trilogy opening night!-man I'm old....

Yeah, I saw all the films in theaters, too! I'm from the ORIGINAL generation of kids raised on Star Wars! I was not quite 5 when the original film blasted its way onto screens in '77! :D

30 years ago, that was... feel old, I do, yes. :blink:

I was 7 myself. I saw all six in the theaters during their original runs!

In addition, several years ago in Phoenix, before the new three came out, a local theater with the biggest screen in Phoenix ran all three of the originals back to back to back for a couple of weeks. Some friends of mine and I went and watched all three in order, and had a freakin' blast. It was....awesome. Because I got to see them as an adult in the best theater in Phoenix. This was before the redone editions of the original three came out, mind you. Frankly, I think I had more fun that time than I did when the rereleases came out.

Sadly, said theater was torn down and turned into a parking lot for the neighboring mall a short time after that. Stupid developers.

Yeah, I saw all the films in theaters, too!

I saw the first one at a drive-in (which is now gone, btw :cry:) with my parents maybe 25 years ago. (It had to have been, since I was only 1 in '77, and my brother was there too--He wasn't born until '79, and was probably 2 then.) The other movies I saw in theaters. But, the drive-in was the best. Seeing the action on the huge screen was awesome!
