I just heard back from the guy who did my interview. I got a job!! yay!
There are no "customers" only "clients" and the "clients" have to do as I tell them to.
I am going to be what is called a "client care specialist"
Essentially what I will be doing, is I am working for a facility that is a "Last stop" for non violent people who have been in trouble with the law. Either they do well at this place, or they go to prison. It's usually court ordered. I'm working over nights, so I will do alot of room checks, personal checks for people coming in, minor health related things, breathalyzers and urinalysis'. And lots of paper work, and setting employees up for the next day.
It pays great, 40 hours a week and I'm sure it will be interesting!
