David Lynch ringtone???

Hey does anyone know if it's possible to make a ringtone out of an mp3 if your cellphone is not compatible to but it???? There's a David Lynch ringtone I want soo bad. I first heard it on Howard Stern's show because they play it a lot and it makes me laugh my ass off whenever I hear it! :lol: Click the "Kill Dear" link on the page below......
