She's Alive!

Yeah so I vanished from online...all is crazy right now, so hopefully I can give the short of it.

I was pulled out of work on early maternity leave because I work so far away from home, my doctor didn't want me going into labor while driving on the highway.

Anywho, a week later, May 22nd, we finally got our baby. Connor David Wayne weighed in at 8lbs 3oz and was 20 inches long. We went into the hospital at 5:30 AM, got admitted at 8 AM, doctor broke my water at 9:20 AM, got my epidural around 10, and Connor was born 12:28 PM! So it went really fast, but really really well.

Then after that, everything went to hell. That is a long story however, and I will have to type it all out later. I'm at my mother-in-law's borrowing the internet as we do not have it at home presently. The short of it is that we are job-hunting. Me as well. So I'll have to update later.

Yaaaay! :baby: Congratulations! Post Pics!

I have a friend who just had a baby on the 11th. She also had to stop commuting to work (she works from home some days anyway to save on child-care for her older son, though, so she was still working) because they were afraid she would have the baby early. He held on almost till his due date, though.

Glad everything went well. If I ever have kids, I hope it goes that quick!

8lb 3 nice healthy size, my first born was 8lb 4oz with a six hour labour, the second was 9lb 4 oz with a one hour labour and the last was 9lb 5oz with a three hour labour, i couldn't have asked for it better.
