wow - just goes to show you, customers NEVER stop being sucky :)
i'm glad the board is not only back up but seems to be pretty stable this time around: my interest waned a bit when we were getting clobbered every other week. thanks to Rapscallion and everyone else for this wonderful chance to vent and chuckle.
