I'm excited and a little scared. But I have an awesome crew who is like a family and I know they are with me 100%.

My SM is working with me this week making sure I know all the bits that he usually does. I know most of it there's just a few small things I have to go over. Then next week he's off to his new store and I will be taking over the store I'm currently in- which is good for me because it's literally right across the street from where I live. The other store is in another town. He doesn't mind the commute because he's single and without kids, etc. so the extra time away doesn't bother him the way it does me. PLUS, the other store is MASSIVE... I know I could handle it but it certainly would be overwhelming at first. Did I mention it's huge? I think it's really better for someone who is already used to being an SM to take that store.

Ultimately though the bigwigs let us decide what we wanted which was nice... how often do you get that from corporate?
