Just curious as I'm trying to learn how. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've been following a couple of tutorials from MTS2 and I always THINK I've followed them to the letter then nothing.

Wow, 3d creation. One of the hardest thing to learn. You really need to have spacial thinking down.
While, I haven't gotten into meshes. That is the most picky part of creating new items when modding for 3d games (sims, oblivion, morrowind, doom, quake, etc...).
It might be as simple as, forgetting to rename the animation meshes names so the game can use it. Your best bet would be to hunt down a regular on a modding forum for that game and "pester" them by sending your creation and ask what you did wrong.

Finally! It's not much but the fact that it worked at ALL thrills the life outta me!

:worship: nicely done, good styling. So what was "wrong" that you had to fix to get it to work?

Thank- You! :D
I was adding and deleting a particular file set the wrong way in the Mesh.
It was something so simple I nearly kicked myself in the ass when I realized it.
