I've been working with customers since I was 15 (I'm now 27). I worked at Bilo supermarkets till I was 21 & had my IT qualifications. Now I'm doing Internet Tech support which I've been at for almost 6 years & I NEED TO GET AWAY!!!
Any ideas?? I suppose if there was then everyone would be doing it...
I've been studying 2 courses as well as working full time: Training & Front Line Management, after which I want to study journalism (always fascinated me) at Uni, but this is all going to take time...
I just feel like I wasted all these years by not studying... I'll never make that mistake again.
So are there any tips from people who are past it & have been there??
