She's 30!

My mom's sobriety birthday is today. She's 30! I'm disgustingly proud of her, really I am, especially as from what I'm told I scared her into sobriety in the first place. Sort of an "Oh my God, now I have this baby, I gotta fix this!" reaction. Yay me!

I suggested that I get really drunk to celebrate. She thought it was hilarious.

Yay your mom!! I have a friend who celebrated two years recently. At 30, I think we can say your mom's got it licked. :)
