I guess a sort of "farewell" is a greeting...it appears I had a lot of blogging to get out of my system, and the last several weeks were such that I had an opportunity to do that and enjoy your stories, but it looks like it's time for me to attend to other work and home projects.
Thanks to everyone for sharing your stories and indulging my own, and especially for the compliments and for honing the details when we disagreed. While my customers service experience pales in comparison to a lot of yours, the little quotes and sigs about dealing with stupidity suggest a common bond.
To those who've found me overly off-topic--especially controversially so--at least know I've tried to give optimal due to the board's declared mission, prevailing practices, :respect:, constructive originality, and the value those like me place in varietal rambling.
Oh, and I intend to check back in and keep my key. :) I've just seen firsthand how addictive this can be and I feel fortunate that I'm feeling a lull in the compulsion just as I need to move on. Please do keep in touch! :super:
