The solicitors are at it again, and this time they caught me hiding!
I was outside having a smoke about a half hour ago or so, right before I hopped in the shower. My neighbor next door was merrily grilling on the ground level (can't grill upstairs for obvious reasons) and I was merrily puffing away and I saw a car pull up into the complex driverway. A woman and a child got out. I heard the woman tell the driver "We're going to do these complexes and then we're going to do the ones across the street."
They started walking towards my building and I put my smoke out, went in, locked the door, and hopped into the shower. I heard the doorbell ring twice. Thank God they gave up. But they knew I was inside.
I really need to get a No Soliciting sign. That or start referring solicitors to my annoying neighbor in the next building over, the one who hunts people outside down to talk to them!
