So the last day and a half kinda sucked

I found out last night that a guy who posted on a pro wrestling board I frequent passed away in his sleep the other day. In a slice of fandom that sometimes gets a deserved reputation for being full of idiots and jackasses, he was universally considered the nicest guy on the internet.

Then I got a call at work today from my mom, one of our cats died and I had to play feline funeral director. She lived a full life and it really wasn't a shock, but it still sucks having to bury the little furball who bugged me for a bowl of milk every day since I was 14.

Something very similar happened at the wrestling board I visit. One of the mods worked for WCW as a ring crewman and became friends with Chris Benoit. Then, last week his wife miscarried and died of an aneurysm. He's a great guy and lots of fun, so we hope he comes back soon.
