So at my company's benefits webpage, they have this health assesment you can take. I did it mostly cuz I wanted to lose some weight, plus I knew I wasn't getting the right excerise, so this told me what I should be doing.
Today I was just hanging out and got something from DHL.. open it up and because I did the health assessment I got entered in a drawing and won a $200 gift card to my company.
now I just need to pick some things out :)
