As I mentioned once last week, someone had stolen my moped and it was recovered. The guy that lifted it out of my yard was caught by the cops riding it. He was pulled over for running a stop sign I was told. So anyway I got a letter from the prosecutor's office and he's being charged with "conversion". I looked it up online and it's only a Class A misdemeanor and under Indiana law is punishible by up to 1 year in jail and a $5,000 fine. Pretty light if you ask me, so I'm gonna apply for restitution and get an estimate on fixing it since the ignition starter just went out on it and it's running too rich right now. We'll see what happens later.
