Question about sigs

Would it be appropriate to put a link to my online store in my signature, or are commercial-type links not allowed?

Generally speaking, I want to keep this an advertising-free site. Sorry, old bean, but I have to say no. If it's a non-profit site such as a blog or livejournal, I don't have any problem (unless it's got loads of adverts etc, or if it's particularly lewd in nature etc).
