I tried to post this when this happened but had some issues...and now that I have remembered the story I thought I would post it.
I have recently move..and on the day that I moved, we had one truck completly filled, as well as three cars that were PACKED...so we drive into the carpark of the new place and we park two of the cars in two of the spots as we had not worked out which one was our regested spot yet, that, and we had to get the truck back in about an 2 horus and we had VERY little time to actually spend trying to find the damn thing...so we parked the truck and started to unload it...we've been there about 1/2 hour...and a car comes up...we ask them if we're in their spot and if they would like us to move (we had NO problem moving, we were in another person spot and it is only fair that we move), the lady said no, and she went on her way...another 1/2 hour goes by and I come down from dropping some stuff off in the new place and I am greated with a rather heated and ver one sided argument between an old lady and My bf mum...she was screaming at her...but I couldn't work out what she was saying..so I go over to see whats going on...I walk up and the lady goes "I've got to go, I have no time to stick around, I've explained everythign to your mum, you have to move your cars NOW, they are not aloud to be here 24/7 doesn't matter they MUST be moved, NOW!!!!"..I looked at her dumbfounded...everyone that had come in could clearly see that the cars were packed, and that we were moving in, and had no problems when we told them, we were only going to be there an hour or so, and all were more than happy to let us be there, in fact most greated us and were VERY welcoming and welcomed us to the block. But this lady was physco!! "my bf, his dad and brother came down, and I saw the ladies face turn pale...she quicked her pace and said "I want those cars gone by the time I come back or I will press charges"...at the same time a guy drove in.."see see you've taken HIS spot as well as MINE, he's going to want HIS spot NOW!!" My bf went over to the guy in front of the lady and the guy said it was ok, and take your time, and then left...this however didn't change her mind.."MOVE YOUR CARS!!! I have no TIME for this, I have to go catch a bus NOW!!!"..and with that she left...I looked to my bfs mum and she was stunned...I asked her what happened and she said the lady had come charging over to her and started threatening to sue her, and have her charged if she didn't have the cars removed, that she had sued someone before and gotten $2000..blah blah blah...and so on...anyways we moved the cars...as I said we had no problem doing this, but it would have been nice to have been asked nicely rather than threatend. SO yeah..we had taken the ladies spot, she HAS NO CAR..we have been here about 2 months and not once have I seen a car in that spot...she's just an angry old bat with a bone to pick!! In fact later on that day she stopped me half way up the sairs (I was carrying a VERY heavy box) and started telling me again about the "rules" and so on...I told her we didn't know our regestered spot, we didn't think it mattered to much seeing as we were only there for an hour or so and then moved on....B**ch!!!!!!!!!!!
