View Full Version : My parent's neighbor and his Halloween antics

I was over at my parent's house for Halloween and one of the sights to see is their neighbor.

This man is a graphic designer and a artist so he's into this. Every year he goes all out with things ranging from sheets that glow in the dark, giant piles of fake poop, loud noises, and a costume that he makes himself. In the last few years he's been an alien but this year he went for a little more disturbing effect scaring a few kids in the process.

Totally agreed. Alas, mine was RUINED thanks to my traitorous body making me SICK! :pissed: :rant:

Bummer. It sucks being sick on a holiday, especially a fun one like Halloween. I hope you're feeling better soon.

My body turned traitor, too. I've been sick all week. But was almost ok for Halloween.

The only time I have ever NOT dressed up for Halloween was when I was 13 and sick. I am currently 37 (going on 12).

Well, I need to add an asterisk to that. There have been many years where I dressed up several different times for Fantasy Fest here in Key West, and when Halloween rolled around shortly thereafter, I just didn't bother....but when you have something like Fantasy Fest right before Halloween, Halloween IS kind of anticlimactic, so I feel like I was still in the spirit of it, if not on the exact right date. If all that makes sense! :D
