I especially loved it when I was the one who had just left the message, so I knew for a fact it was very clearly indicated that, yes, their book was in.

"Hi this is A calling from B&N Mytown, for Customer. I was just calling to let you know that the book you ordered has come in, and we will hold it for you at the front desk until X date. Thank you and have a nice day."
