It is beautiful out, high 50s at night, upper 60s during the day but NO WIND.

So, even if you leave all the windows open your house still won't cool off because NOTHING is blowing it into my house.

It is 63 outside now. All the windows are open. Temperature indoors? 80 DEGREES.

I find when it is windless putting a small fan near a window helps wonders. It brings the air in for you. Larger fans, such as box fans, work too if you have a table near a window that can support one. I keep a tiny window fan for just such purposes.

What are you doing that you can have the windows open and it is still 80 degrees inside. The only two things I can think of is you either have small windows or are running a grow op.
