I have a problem: A month ago the house computer crashed. A cirus totally tore apart the hard drive, so we got Windows reinstalled.
In the process of wiping everything out and reinstalling everything, my iTunes was also erased...along with all my songs in the library.
I do have all my songs on my iPod, but I have no idea how to put all my songs from iPod back to my iTunes.
I called Apple support and the guy there told me that I can't copy from iPod to iTunes, just iTunes to iPod.
I've heard, though, that you can copy from iTunes to iPod, but you have to use outside software.
What can I do? Any ideas? Is my iPod now forever unupdateable? :(
