Teh creepy!

To put the cherry on top of my new cake of an annoying neighbor, Tommy Lee and Kid Rock downstairs, and a disco-techno loving neighbor..........let me add to the list an UBER creepy leaf blower man!

Seriously, I don't know why the maintenance man doesn't blow the leaves himself. He cleans the pool in the summer, fixes everything in our apartments, he's there almost every day for whatever reason.....yet he hires this CREEPY, scary, almost terrifyingly creepy man to blow leaves?!

At first I thought he was just friendly. He smiled at me every Friday when I came home from doing laundry and would smile the whole time I walked upstairs. Then he'd stop blowing leaves and smile at me while I stood outside and smoked. Then he'd stop blowing leaves on a Tuesday if I came home from work to go inside and take off my makeup before going tanning and would just stand there smiling at me until my car pulled away.

I don't know if this guy is kind of "not all there", like the Sheriff (annoying neighbor), but he really creeps me out. Like, really really really creeps me out. He appears to be my dad's age or older. He won't stop staring at me while he's blowing leaves if I'm outside.

Anyone else know any really really creepy people like that?

Just try not to wear a skirt and get close to him. Wouldn't want him to blow air under you.

It's not so much that they talk to themselves, but the things they talk about and their body language while doing it. And yeah some of them talk back. Maybe it should be changed to Schizo Creepy

If so, I already looked that up when I first moved in. The closest convicted rapist/sexual predator lives a few blocks away from me. Gotta love having a bleeding heart for a governor and allowing scum like that to live in cities with huge populations of large families with lots of kids!

I ran my adress through one of those, 68 sex offenders live within a mile of my apartment, 4 of them within 1000 feet of an all-girls high school, and I believe a few were within blocks of the elementary school, but none of them were in my building.
thankfully my lease is up in january and I found something in a better neighborhood for a simaler price
