We had a small cookie exchange at work. The funny thing is, out of the 7 people who participate, only one was planning on making cookies.
Me, being lazy as I am, decided on "puppy chow." I ordered 12 pounds  of it, since I didn't know how much would fit in the tins I bought. And there was no way I was actually going to attempt to make puppy chow for 6 people.
Anyone want some puppy chow? I have a TON left.

Had to Google that one; looks yummy! I don't have anything to trade, but I'll take some.

I just googled that out of curiosity . . . now I'm hungry.
I think I'll try that this weekend just to see if my brother will like it.:D

I was introduced to the idea of Puppy Chow the other day by a customer and his wife. Took me a minute or two to realize he didn't mean real Puppy Chow as they had asked me if I could give them half a dozen paper bags.
I'm sure I made a pretty interesting face
I really should try and mix up a batch, though, it sounds yummo.

I was wondering that too. I'm guessing it's something like this (http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1747,133182-252193,00.html).
(Hooray! I found a new recipe website (http://www.cooks.com/)! :D )

A tasty treat. Chocolate and peanut butter-coated Crisplix dusted with powdered sugar.
Most likely named because the finished product looks like big kibbles of dog food
