I went an entire hour of my shift where I did not take a single call that didn't result in a booking... my previous record was half an hour straight without taking a call that didn't result in booking... even now, 2 hours into my shift with my winning streak broken I'm still above a 50% confirmation rate (my 12 week average is 42%)... so I am kicking but today... wish me luck and I might just set a new personal record for the day on confirmation (even if I am somewhat sacrificing ADR to get it).

That's fantastic - one hour straight and a booking on every call.

But what is ADR? (I'm sure it's obvious and I'll remember as soon as someone tells me!)

Yeah my day total was nowhere near my day record, but it was still well above average...

oh and ADR stands for Average Daily Rate
