I guess it's time to introduce myself. I was recently downsized from the call center of a large mail order club (hence the name freeatlast.) I worked in that call center for 16 years, so I should be able to provide many SC stories from my past experiences. Since being downsized, I feel that I have been freed from hell. I am just beginning to search for a new job, and I seriously doubt that I will be able to bring myself to go to work in another call center.

Wow, 16 years in a call centre - that is impressive! You must have so many stories to post - and I can't wait to read them! :)
