All I want to do is change my voice mail password. :cry:

I get the runaround (literally, it kept bringing me back to the front page) while trying to create an account on Verizon Wireless' website, and I finally get one set up.
I try to log in, and it says "My Account is unavailable".

Something's wrong with my phone lately, too.

I get a voicemail. I go to check it. The lady says "Please enter your security code"

So I enter my 4 digit code. It's correct. I know it is. About 20 seconds later, the lady says again "Please enter your security code"

So I do it again. Again, seconds drag on, and she says again "Please enter your security code" (note: if you punch in your code wrong, it says "Invalid entry")

I get so mad I hang up and try again. Sometimes hanging up and re-dialing voicemail works, other times I get the runaround again and I have to hang up AGAIN and try it all AGAIN.
