Yes, I know I have a Repo to pay off. And no, I didn't have the $3000.00 on me right at that moment. I said that I will try to get the money. I said that I could not promise anything.

Do not say that I can make $500.00 monthly payments. And, when I call in to say that I can make the whole payment, tell me that your company does not take payments.

Why do you guys put up with bill collectors???? I've already said you can write them a cease-and-desist letter demanding they stop and they have to stop calling you. Don't believe me? Ask ANY lawyer and they'll tell you the same thing.

I have never heard of a collection agency not making or taking a payment plan. It seems she gets paid on how much she collects and wants the big bucks.

I don't get paid on how much I collect, so I don't care one way or the other if the person can't or won't pay, but if they ask for a payment plan, I would be more than happy to set that up for them.

If you do want her to stop calling, I would go with what ditchdj said. That is the only way to get them to stop callling.

If they're a third-party collection agency then she is. They simply purchase debts from companies for pennies on the dollar and then collect the full amount to make a profit. In fact, some companies are doing so well with us that they're publicly traded on the stock market.
