Yes, it's getting warmer now (somewhat) and it's now time for the neighborhood parade of pimped-out rides . . .

I've noticed a trend recently in the 'hood of cars painted up like advertisements. We've seen one four-door (I think it's a Crown Victoria) that's painted dark blue with the Oreo logo on it.

Today, after seeing a beautiful dark red mid-90's Cadillac sedan with a shimmery paint texture that looked like rubies, I saw a brown newer model Crown Victoria with the Twix logo on the side of the passenger's front door.

It is just my neighborhood or are some of the stranger rides appearing everywhere?

We have one around here that is a newer model Crown Vic that looks alot like a police car, infact the company is called Black and White Advertising. To there credit they do have a window treatment on the front window that states that "This is NOT a Police Car". They then do logos and advertising for local area businesses and such on it.

I've seen this guy all over as well. But I haven't seen any of the ones like what you are describing. We do have some crafty hand painted piece of shit cars that advertise their teenage artest love for whatever anarchist urge they came up with that night.

Oh yeah and an older volvo that has been spraypainted a pinkesh purple.

Hmmm...no advertisements on car like what you described, but there are cars with company logos attached to the car, drifter-car style. Not painted on the hood, but more discreet stickers on the doors or rear quarter-panels.

Oh, and there is an old Volkswagen Gold painted like the General Lee around here. It makes me smile.
