So I am at my local supermarket when one of the two cashiers there (an elderly lady about 80) collapses to the floor. Two of the customers go to tend to her, the other cashier calls 911 they tell her to hold the line. The other cashier needs to call the store's owner from her cell and hands me the store phone (connected to 911) so I can talk to them. I answer all the questions the 911 operator asks (by this time thank god the cashier had come to). There is this one woman who witnessed the event and just sat there watching the whole thing, doesn't go over to help cashier, doesn't offer any help at all. Then she tells me "helpfully" to just call 911 already. WTF do you think we were doing calling for a pizza? If you are just going to stand there staring at everyone during an emergency at least keep your mouth shut and pay attention.
Luckily the cashier was a diabetic and had suffered insulin shock she is doing fine.
