This guy wasn't sucky enough to be considered for the main forum.
I was dealing with a customer question on the phone - some missing pages from a catalogue, so I was arranging to send him another - when he thanked us for using a large font on our covering letter.
"Really?" I asked.
"Oh yes. I wear glasses that are weaker than what my prescription should be, so larger fonts are a blessing..."
We don't care how much they miss the point - we'll still take money from them.
