If it's at all possible, just put aside all the mental games and BS that women typically like to pull, and just be straight forward and to the point. If you like a guy, just TELL HIM. Don't beat around the bush, don't play BS mind games of saying one thing when you mean something entirely different, don't sit there flirting so subtly that he doesn't even KNOW you're flirting. Just go up to him and say "Hey, I like you. Wanna go out some time?" This is the 21st century, you ARE allowed to ask the guy out for a change!
