I'm so sorry to the person in guest relations that I just transfered a guest to... I can tell he was on the very verge of going sucky, and I just gave you wrong information that will likely push him over the edge. You see, he did not have his original confirmation number, only his last name and original arrival date. I was able to use this to look up his cancellation number that he said should never have been cancelled. I knew you wanted the original confirmation number so I decided to do the mathematical formula to turn the cancellation number into the original confirmation number... and it wasn't until after I transferred the call that I realized that I had done the math wrong and now you have a confirmation number for a reservation that has nothing to do with this guest and for all I know has nothing wrong with it. So please accept my heartfelt apologies that not only did I really confuse you but set you up to have a royal SC.
shows what happens when you try to make someone's job easier... the road to hell truly is paved with the best of intentions...

I need to get my mind out of the gutter.
My mind has a house built on the edge of the gutter. We are planning on opening a mall in the near future. Set a spell. Take your shoes off. Y'all come back now, y'hear?:lol:

Dude, look closely at my avatar (as if you're not doing so already :P ). The little tiny words. It says poik. It's the sound effect of a button popping.

haha, i didn't look _THAT_ closely at it ;) and apparently by urbandictionary standards, that's not what poik means :p
