My own balls up and now i feel bad
We have an old lady clent whose dog had died a few years previously and she had burried little suki in the garden, then planted some heather on top.
We were just saying how nice the garden looked this time of year when she said how she was glad the heathers were looking well for litttle suki
and all i had to say was "it probearly becuase of her that they.........." at that i trailed off with a horrified look on my face
The client looked a little put out but she wasnt angry and that it was ok she knew i didnt mean it lke that.
I apologuised over and over then practically ran away
