I picked up some anti-perspirant the other week. I don't use it often - usually just when in the warehouse. Today was one such day.
I'm moving around at a fair pace in the fridge, grabbing things off the shelf and generally doing my job, when my nose said, "Hello!"
It wasn't just "Hello", but more, "Hey, baby!"
Some lass nearby was wearing a rather effective perfume. There was only me and another bloke in there. I shrugged it off - I'm not prone to detecting smells that aren't there, but I just reasoned that maybe I was imagining it. Besides, with the air rotation in there, I was going to get the odd smell from the other side of the fridge now and again.
*sniff* Where is she? *sniff* Certainly smells like there's a lass in here, and that's a very distracting perfume. After all, women's perfumes are designed with chemicals to attract the male senses and vice versa, and they work on the eroticically interested areas, if what I know of the situation is correct.
*sniff* My glands like that smell, but...
It's me. I realised that I was smelling my deodorant, and it was very distracting indeed. I got home recently and checked the can - it's not overtly feminine in appearance, but it's a scent I would expect to smell coming from a woman.
I spent most of the day turning myself on.
Rapscallion, no change there...
