I am sat here, showered, moisturised and prepared, in order to drive 120 miles to london and go to my boyfriends nephews funeral.
The boy- who I knew and liked- decided to kill himself two weeks ago.
I have been dreading this.
Yesterday, on top of this, my area manager verbally brutalised me for three quarters of an hour.

Strikes me as odd the need to say you are moisturised when talking about suicide....reardless, it is such an awful thing for those left behind to pick up the pieces.
In my opinion I often don't think people who take their own life realise that it's a permanent solution to what is often a temporary problem - there is always help out there. How can things possibly be so bad that you go to the extreme of ending things for good. FOR GOOD?
I've never understood it myself, but I understand the sensitivity of this topic, so i've said my piece & will be quiet...
I am very sorry you have to go through the pain of it, i hope things get better soon *hugs*

Hope it gets better for you.
Remember: put one foot in front of the next. Repeat. Keep going. Eventually, it gets easier.

My sincere condolences.
Having tried to end it all a couple of times myself, I will say that while it is difficult to understand, he is no longer in any pain and his suffering has ended.

Sorry for your loss. I was at a memorial yesterday, and the one thing that stuck with me from the eulogy is that you can mourn for what you lost or celebrate for what you gained during his life.
It hurts, I know, but it will ease with time. I'm only a PM away.
