So, Spent last evening over at bunny's place. She happens to have the most wonderful kitties. I couldnt stay away from them. I did take a large amount of allergy meds because I am allergic to them.
Apparently not enough. About an hour after I get home I am all weezy. Great. So I take some benedryl and a dicongestant hoping that it is just a temp allergy thing. I wake up and sound horrible. So I pop some more decongestant and hope it works. And then trot off to work.
Luckly I sit at a desk taking calls all day. About 10ish I start to feel better. But the second I walk away from my desk to go home I am all tired and weezy again. Dammit. This could only mean one thing. My asthma has reared its ugly head again.
So I remember that my benefits from the new job kick in june 1. YAY
I look at my card and are directed to one of two websites. Neither are helpful in explaining exactly what coverage I have or what Dr's I can go to. yay? I call their number on the back in hopes of some human to help me understand why I am an idiot. But unfortunatly I get a recording to tell me that normal buisness hours have past and am SOL. (am mostly noctournal now)
Yay?
SO I get to wait till the morning (afternoon for normal people) and call them and get all this explained to me. And hopefully get a new doctor. That way I can quit praying that I don't get sick again. (when I get sick I usually get very very sick)
Nothing like a little helth problem popping up to make you remember that you should be taking better care of yourself.
I would like to take this time at the end of my long babbling to remind you guys to take care of yourselves and to quit ignoring that little annoyance and actually get things checked out.
