Just tried to get a coupon for Bertoilli's Pasta. Went to the website, gave them my info and went to print coupon.

"We're sorry, but you have exceeded the number of downloads allowed"

REALLY????:shrug: Never been to this site before, never used a Bertolli's coupon before.

Try clearing your cookies and then doing through it. I do that to get coupons off certain websites.

And if the cookie trick doesn't work, then it's almost guaranteed to be that the other end does logging of IP addresses. In which case, their programmers are morons that deserve to be fired.

And the coupon will be virtually impossible to get without being a major SC.

Your ISP may be using NAT (Network Address Translation)

Basically, if another customer of your ISP has downloaded the coupon and it's one per IP address, you can't have it.

Because all your ISP's customers will show the same IP address to anything outside your ISP's network. The gateway keeps track of who requested which page so most of the time it's not a problem.
