I survived the 2006 Hack!

Hello all at Customers Suck! The OwlGirl has returned from her vacation to find Customers Suck has gone pear-shaped due to a hacker. Quick question for Rapscallion, when exactly did it go down? I've been away all this week so don't know.
Kudos to our leader for getting us back online!

It went down on Friday last week, but since I was online I could reinstall the software, though I lost the database in the process. I got it back up and running within an hour or so, but then it went down again after another thirty-six hours.

Seems like the hackers had managed to get deeper than we realised and left three Linux rootkits on the server.

Rebuilding the site now.
