I got a chilled delivery box ready for one of the runs ready yesterday. It goes out on a truck tomorrow. Inside the box I put a roll of toilet paper and a note saying, "The job's not over till the paperwork's done."

The driver will probably accost me on Tuesday, I guess.

I have to admit that I borrowed that jape from a guy who did a load of amateur dramatics when we were at school. He was a stage manager type and they played many pranks on the actors, the one above was left in an on-stage gazebo when one actor had to dive in and be quiet and hide.

Other such jocularity included a picnic basket with a copy of Playboy inside.

Of course, if they didn't like an actor or actress, I was assured that things would get much nastier.

Apparently it was both well received and useful - he started a cold on Sunday and used it during Monday's work to blow his nose.

Ok fine I admit it . . .Mary had nothing on me . . .we have imaculate conception across the pond from Raps to Me. :lol:




(shhh Raps don't panic I am just messing with people I am not currently pregnant by anyone . .. unless imaculate conception really is possible or I believe that episode of Gimme a Break where a kiss gets you knocked up)
