View Full Version : Where do I submit a new smiley?

In one thread, someone expressed a wish for a frothing at the mouth smiley. I was faced with either making one or cleaning my bathroom. Guess what I did.
Since this site doesn't allow attachments, where do I send it?

It's very rare that we'd add another smiley - we have a very large amount as it is. Feel free to post it as a link in this thread and we'll take a look.

Unless it's some bizarre file type, we do allow attachments up to a certain size. It's the paperclip icon in the top row, next to the undo/redo arrows.

I love the "This Thread is Useless Without Pics" smilie too. The one with multiple signs. I like that a lot.

I agree. The TTIWWP smilie should be added since it keeps popping up.

I was waiting for that.
Soo....if EQ has Irv as her slave, does that mean I can have Broom? :D
ETA: Oh, I was doing some skimming on one of the emoticon sites and found a few rather....interesting ones that might be semi-relevant to the CS.com forum.

Just as a reminder for those who don't know what half this thread has been about *points*

Since we keep bumping threads....
And just as an added point...our hugging smiley here is written as "pity: on the site where I got them from...:wtf:

I am kinda fond of this one http://www.websmileys.com/sm/violent/sterb292.gif. For when we need a clue-by-four
And just as an added point...our hugging smiley here is written as "pity: on the site where I got them from...:wtf:
Ummm...that would be the point of the hug smiley.
It's really only used at times when a member is feeling down and is being offered a hug.
Just because it's referred to as a "pity" smiley on another site is a bit irrelevant.
For the record, the hug smiley used to be this one http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v219/lilsis1125/Smileys/action-smiley-031.gif

:wtf: "hug" is not the word I'd used to describe this smiley.

There is some smiles, that we need gone and others to be brought in.
Do you actually have an opinion regarding which smilies need to be removed and which ones need to be added?
It would be much more helpful if that information had been included in your suggestion, rather than posting something that comes off as an order without any clear constructive comment.

You do realise that deleting smilies may make some older posts look wierd, right? Fancy telling us which ones should go and how few posts they're in?
