Hello! I recently stumbled onto this site from a link at http://www.goingfaster.com/spo/tales_from_the_driver.html and I've been trolling around here since I found it a few weeks ago (the "Things I am not allowed to do at work" thread had me on the floor in tears).

All I can say is that I really wish I had found this site while I still worked for a rather large theater corporation. I have a few tales that anyone that worked in a theater could sure relate to. I left the theater after my christmas break from college in 2004 and haven't looked back since. I stumbled into a good paying ($10/hour) workstudy job on campus that I basically get payed to do homework at. I'll never forget my time in the trenches though.
