Quicken

My Aunt used to have a PC, now she has a Mac, and she's trying to transfer her Quicken files from the one to the other. She can't. I know that it's possible, and my understanding is that it's a major PITA, but does anyone know how?

A few different methods listed there. Failing those, a quick google search gave me some other likely prospects, so it shouldn't take too long to figure out.
