theres a state senate member in the USA that has the address (not real, but you get the idea) casinojockey.org. Now i have Casinojockey.com, so i have been getting a heck of a lot of e-mails ment for this senate member. i have e-mailed him multiple times, and even offered to set up the adress on the .com for him - he has an adress to the effect of cjockey.casinojockey.org which is avalble on my server.

There are so many ways i could have some fun (and the fact i live across the other side of the world makes it even more fun) but should i do it?

Auto-Forward his email to the opposing party. That will get his attention fast. Depending on how long you had "casinojockey.com". His action are spamming you (I wouldn't be surprise that his is set up "casinojockey.gov").

It probably is; some people have a tendency to think that .com is the only legit top-level domain on the internet and anything else must be incorrect or a spoof site.
