This one bears sharing due to the humor of it.

I had a customer transfered over the technical support queue who was having troubles making calls. As my first part of troubleshooting I always have customers make a call out and tell me if they are getting an error message. This guys phone works just fine.

Customer: Damn you're good.

Me: Yeah, I figured out was wrong before I even knew you were being transfered and fixed it.

Customer: (very sarcastic tone) Ooh you have ESP *chuckles*

Me: Of course its a job requirement here. :lol:

Customer: Any chance I could get the winning lotto numbers for tonight?

Me: If I knew that would I be working here?

Customer: Damn, worth a shot. Have a good one.

Me: You too.
