Quick question

Since im assuming this site has been around for awhile in many forms im cuiouse if there has ever been a situation where someone complains about an SC and it urns out another member happened to be the SC? (we have all been at east minor SC's in our time ;)) or maybe just a random site surfer catching a story that is about them.

I haven't been around all that long (relatively speaking), but I'm not aware of this ever happening. The thing is that most sucky customers are too self-absorbed to recognise themselves, because no-one ever really wants to think that they have been a total arse.

Its also why we encourage people to anonymise their location, and not give away too many details about their jobs and locations.

Ha ha! I was thinking about this same thing not two days ago! :)

Sometimes some of the stories posted get reactions like "I'm so with the customer on that one - the server was wrong". So it doesn't necessarily mean you have to have someone from this site acting like an SC to be the SC in a story posted here.

Not to mention, everyone has those 'off days'.

We do have the occasional co-workers posting here, so there have been cases of people in the same towns. Chances are, there's a few people in the same towns as others, unaware.

I think the closest I've seen is stuff where two people work out they work for close, but different, branches of the same store.

That is amazing, because I was also thinking the same thing about two days ago! I am not an SC (try not to be, but I am human, after all), but when I read some of these stories on here, I think to myself "Did I do that?" or "Did I forget to leave a tip?" etc..

I think it would be hilarious if that actually happened.
