Don't be afraid to be selfish. It's just a wish list. If you had all medical problems gone, all bills paid, never had to work - what would you want to blow a bit of money on?

Right now - I want an MP3 player with at least 60GB. Oh, and a huge purple victorian house with a few acres of land and horseys. :D

But even more than that, I wish my grandfather was still alive so that I could tell him how much of a good impact he had on me and how much I love him and respect him and miss him. I wish I had shown that to him while he was alive more than I did.

While, yes, I want a house on the beach I would like it to have a privacy fenced yard where I can have a garden and let my kid and dog run wild.

I'd like to visit Egypt just once before I die.

I'd like to own a garage, like a mechanic's shop. Just so my hubby would have a place to work on all his projects without getting sawdust, tools, and metal bits all over the house. :lol:

I'd like some new clothes. I'd also like them to fit properly.

Later today I'm going out to buy myself Sims 2 Pets EP. That's my 'thing for me' this month. :D

I would love to have a nice house, at least 5 bedrooms, in VA or NC, my girls' college and grad school paid off (the oldest wants to be a pediatrician and the middle wants to go to vet school so she can be a dolphin trainer), and some nice vacations to Ireland and Australia.

I would also like to have our own ice rink and our own gym so my kids can practice whenever they felt like it, and I wouldn't have to trek all over town to get them to where they needed to be.

A huge library with all the books hubby and I love and all the classics.

A new Jeep instead of the "Mommy-mobile" I currently have. Actually, maybe that should be "in addition to" rather than "instead of".

Right now I really want an engagement ring from my boyfriend (we'll be together for 8 years on the 25th this month) and get married to him in a nice wedding, to graduate from college and get a decent job in scientific research, a new iPod (I have the 20 gig one right now...I want at least the 60 gig...maybe the video one)..and that's all I can think of right now. Of course, I want to move out of myparent's house and into my own place (I don't even know what I want it to be..or where for that matter). Oh yeah, I also want the DS lite (I have the older one right now) and a few more games, namely Harvest Moon for right now. And a new computer (laptop preferably) would be nice. And getting out of my crappy Wal-Mart (but that ties into graduating from college and getting a decent job...so that was a given) And travel to all the places that I want to, whenever I want to. I forgot about that. (Some of them are Belize, Ibiza, Egypt, anywhere in Europe...)

1. A top of the line gaming computer with all the bells and whistles for both myself and my boyfriend.

Enough livestock and their support gear that I can make the farm totally self sufficient and not deal with outside stuff.

A mint condition 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertable in Jet Gloss Porsche Black exterior with a White Leather interior. Fat white walls, a nice stereo system and enough mirror finish chrome to build a toyota from!

A 1951 Military jeep,

Several other forties, fifties and sixties vehicles.

A 20' high 10' thick wall around the entire property with a 15'wide 10' deep moat outside it.

A 10 acre lake on the property stocked with all the best game fish.

A nice john boat to go out on said lake.

Your typical manor house fortress updated to all the modern conveniences and specifications.

And enough money to take care of all that for the rest of my life and my childrens and their childrens etc......

I want to be able to buy my own house. Wouldn't necessarily do it, mind you, but I'd like the option. Not an apartment, a house, with a garden and a study and a really massive kitchen.

I want to finish my masters, and get a place on a really good PhD programme in my subject.

I want a qualification to teach English as a foreign language, and I want to use it to go and live in East Asia or South America or somewhere else on my wishlist.

I want the opportunity to sing/play in a band, just for fun.

And I agree with Raps, too - more time.

First and foremost, I'd go and get my Doctorate in Psychology. I'd continue my education after that for a degree for creative writing - if one existed -if not, I'd just take all the writing classes I could. I love to write and I would persue that dream in full force. Then after that...

I want to adopt a small country worth of children! Actually, I live in the states, I would adopt children as well as be a foster parent for children state side because we have enough celebs jetsetting around the world and collecting children like others collect, say, thimbles. Not that it's a bad thing, but what about children in your country of orgin that need help...oh well, that's one soap box I won't get on now.:soapbox:

I'd buy a huge house - after all, I am adopting my countries homeless and parentless children.

I'd open rehabilitation houses - half-ways and three-quarter way homes for recovering addicts/alcoholics and people transitioning out of prison back into life.

I'd fund an in-patient rehab center.

I'd buy ugly houses, remodel them (myself - my second love next to writing is interior design and home remodeling) and flip them for more money or rent them out.

I'd give my folks money to get a better location for their retail venture.

I'd give my brother money because he'd bug the crap out of me until I did. :lol:

I'd give my dad enough money to quit working finally. *SIGH* Dad is in his early 50s, drinks like a fish, works like a dog, and generally doesn't take good care of himself...I want him to relax!

I'd have a nice car. One that doesn't leak fluids from every hose, o-ring, and pressurized system.

I'd have cats, dogs, horses, a few cows and some llamas.

That's just a start.

If I had all my bills paid off (I really don't have many) and was more financially secure(wealthy enough so I would not have to work so hard) I would really only have one wish..I really don't want anything for myself as I am pretty much satisfied with what I have.

I would wish for enough money to be able to get my mommy out of the nursing home (she is really too young to be there but circumstances put her there..such as a broken hip, knee replacement surgery and a stroke) she does not like the home at all..I would just love to have the money for her to be in a nice assistant living place. She could then get the care she needs but still be independent.
