Ok, y'all. It's prank time again. One of my roommates is an art major. For her latest project, she used about 500 balloons. So, we now have about 450 (some of them popped/deflated) lying around the apartment in ginormous plastic bags that you could fit 2 people in. We're trying to think of things to do with them to play a joke on the 4th roommate.

We've already thought of: Filling the shower with them behind the shower curtain. Actually, we already DID that, but she called and said she wasn't coming home tonight (she takes showers at night), so we now have to take them BACK out, and put them back in after we've all had showers tomorrow for her tomorrow night  . We've also thought of filling her car with them - trunk included. It'd require stealing her carkey from her keyring, but that shouldn't be too difficult. She has so much stuff on there that she wouldn't notice as long as we only took the carkey. We live in an apartment, so we have quite a bit of room. Any other ideas?

I'm serious about the number of balloons - it's insane.

Is this the type of reaction (http://www.lookatmebeingserious.com/) you are looking for?

hahahahaha....that's hilarious. Sorta, but not that severe. My roommate has a bit of a temper, but it's funny.

Oh! Oh, I got one!

Take one, put some tape over a spot on it. Then show him that there are two ballons that are special and don't pop, but deflate instead. Deflate the one by poking a pin in the tape area. Then tell him that if he can find the other one that will deflate, he gets a hundred dollars.

The catch? The only one that had that ability was the one you prepped!

Just make sure that they aren't safety balloons that do deflate. (I hate those!)

Haha...while I'm sure SHE would love being called 'he' (it's ok....don't worry about it), she has way too much money to begin with. She got quite a healthy inheritance when her grandfather died several years back, and she has so many scholarships that she has like zero bills. That, and it would probably result in a bop over the head with the closest balloon she can find (which...wouldn't be hard - they're ALL over the apartment. If it were anyone else, it'd work. Just...not with her. Good idea, though. Any more?

Many instances of the dance of the seven balloons?

how about throwing a big party this weekend and using the balloons as decorations?

I would tie the balloons together and make a maze to bathroom door. Since you put it up, you'll know the path to take. ;)

Glue the balloons together so you get a cube of balloons that fills the entire shower/her room/her car and she will have to pop each balloon in order to get them out before she can bathe/drive/sleep/etc.

Or you can build a fort out of balloons and declaire her room under martial law taken over by a brigade of clowns.

To run with digilight's idea. How about building a wall between her bed and the room or everywhere else if you could do it quiet enough after she went to sleep. Imagine waking up and the bed is boxed in by a balloon wall!

OMG Rahmota...I love it! We could so pull that off. We went ahead and filled the shower with them...it's TOTALLY full. I'm loving it

It sounded a bit like "MELISSA....get the balloons OUT of the shower, NOW!"

Ever had about 200 balloons randomly lying around about a 750 sq foot apartment? yeah...takes up quite a bit of room. The living room window has about a 3 foot stack of balloons in front of it, with the rest of the living room floor having a nice layer on it. It was pretty funny though.
